The Coffee Break 2U Van is a self contained unit that enables our Baristas to prepare fresh espresso based coffees, lattes, cappuccinos and a variety of Iced and Frappé flavored drinks. We cater to different venues and events throughout the Castle Rock, Parker, Lone Tree and Centennial areas of Denver. We also cater to other areas upon request.

WE PREPARE ESPRESSO BASED DRINKS TO ORDER
Espresso based drinks are not an easy thing to make.
It starts with the right coffee beans roasted to perfection specifically for espresso based drinks.
The right grind must be attained before the Barista can begin the process of extraction by forcing pressurized water at a certain temperatature for a given amount of time until a texturized, coffee colored, creamy liquid comes out to form the base of a fabulous creation.
Add different subtely stretched foamed milks to this base and it will be turned in to a Machiatto, a Latte, a Cappuccino or maybe this base will be just slowly sipped and enjoyed as a cafe "Cubanito", only another name for an uplifting "espreso shot"
